Welcome in the world of anodising.

Alucol was founded by the former managing director/owner in 1971. In 2002 the second generation took over the family business.
The core business of Alucol is anodising and colouring aluminium. It does not only anodise profiles but also small parts, slabs and constructions.

In december 2010, Alucol opened the new anodising line, in which lenghts up to 22 meter can be anodised.

Alucol has the necessary capacity to process more than 4 million square metres (or about 12,000 tons) of aluminium per year and is therefore one of the largest contracting anodising companies in Europe. Alucol employs 115 people

Besides the main goal of anodising - making aluminium resistant against corrosion - Alucol has develloped several new techniques and patented processes that gives anodising a wider range of possibilities.

Alucol had develloped a technique to make the anodising layer water- and dirtresistant. These non-stick anodising layers keep your aluminium clean for a longer time and are therefor low on maintainance.

With 'Nanodiseren' nano-particles are impregnated in the anodising layer, during the anodising process. This differts from the existing techniques by which a coating is put on the anodising layer. By impregnating the particles, the non-stick properties are embedded in the anodising layer which is unique in the world of anodising.
Because this is an proces-integrated technique, the costs of Nanodiseren is in good balance to the costs of anodising.

Alucol had develloped (a patented) technique) which makes it now possible to give an Isolation profile 2 different colours in 1 treatment.

Since 1971 Alucol has been specialised in colour-anodising. Alucol garantees a colour-(re)production within very narrow tolerance.
Besides the bronze, gold and black tones, Alucol has develloped several new colours:
- alnecolan
- titanium-look
- antracite
- blue/grey
- champagne

In 2010 Alucol has opened a second anodising production line in which can be anodised upto a lengths of 22 meters. This is unique in the world.

Quality and service are of paramount importance at Alucol. Alucol does not only have a NEN-AND-ISO 9001:2008 certificate, but it has also has the Qualanod (EURAS) quality mark since 1984.
In 2011 Alucol had ben certified by the BSI (British Standards Institution) for the BS3987:1991. Alucol is the only company in the Benelux which has this certificate.
Alucol is an 'extension' of its clients. Through a high degree of automation, such as "Online Order
Track-&-Trace", the level of cooperation is closely coordinated.
